Contract Management Associate

Key responsibilities:
• Draft and negotiate ICT (Telecom) agreements in support of regional sales transactions;
• Resolve legal issues and contract interpretation matters that arise in existing commercial relationships;
• Review, draft and negotiate other agreements as needed;
• Coordinate with the Procurement team and the business during contract reviews, acting as a • Key contact for the legal department by providing guidance on required legal edits, reviewing non-standard terms, aligning to internal policies;
• Ensure that critical functions are completed within the stipulated SLA for the clients;
• Mitigate risks within the corporate action group functions by detecting and evaluating variances.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field of study;
• At least 1 year of experience in finance / accounting / contract management;
• Highly collaborative, highly attentive to detail, and able to independently organize and manage projects with multiple stakeholders and groups
• Fast learning, self-starter with an ability to work with the Sales team;
• Proficient in Word and Excel;
• Fluent in English & Chinese.
