任职要求/Job Requirements:：
1.语言要求：精通汉语/俄语（任职的必要条件），有海外工作经历者优先；

岗位职责/Job responsibilities:
1.负责中籍人员与俄当地人员的沟通
1. Responsible for communication between Chinese nationals and local Russian personnel
2.负责涂装工艺文件的编制、验证、工艺执行检查，对现场技术员进行培训,提升现场技术水平等
2. Responsible for the preparation, verification and inspection of painting process documents, training of on-site technicians, and improving on-site technical level;
3.负责依据涂装工艺开发手册开展新车型的涂装调试，重点开展机器人离线编程及在线示教、程序调试优化
3. Responsible for painting debugging of new models according to the painting process development manual, focusing on offline robot programming, online teaching, program debugging and optimization;
4.负责生产现场的技术支持，异常品质问题及时处理

5.负责识别现场改善及实施、涂料利用率提高等VAVE
