RESPONSIBILITIES:
- variety of tasks related to the after sales activities in China
- relationship management with customers
- customer facing and company facing acting as a liaison between the company and the customers
- following up on export documentation with VED
- monitoring payments from customers and liaising with Customer Service in Russia
- responsible for confidential and time sensitive material
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
- familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
- fluent Russian, English, Chinese
- working knowledge of office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- minimum 2 years job experience in related field (desired)
