Purchasing Director in China
Required qualifications and skills:
• University degree (technical / / economical);
• High level of self-organization, activity and goal oriented behavior.
• FEA (foreign economic activity) experience
• The knowledge of working conditions and details in China
• Electrical products knowledge
• Fluent Chinese and English (colloquial level) ;
• Permanent inhabitancy in China
Responsibilities:
• Cooperation organization with supplies of components and materials (electrical products) in South-East Asia:
• suppliers search in accordance with confirmed technical requirements in South-East Asia;
• negotiations with suppliers (visits / calls / business correspondence)
• Trade shows visiting in South-East Asia
• Supplier’s manufacture audit
• Complaint management holding
• Purchased goods quality control
• Target price and terms of payment achievement
• terms of shipment optimization
Working conditions:
